LIVERPOOL’S odds are plunging quicker than the Tories’ vote in Scotland as they prepare to take on crisis-hit Napoli.
Jurgen Klopp’s men crashed 2-0 in Italy on matchday one but face a squad that’s just been fined £2.2million for mutiny.
President Aurelio de Laurentiis ordered players to attend a week-long retreat after a run of six games without a win and issued maximum fines when they refused.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side are in a mess and a visit to Anfield is worse than being sent to “find yourself”.
I expect an easy win for Liverpool and they’ve gone from 20-23 to a best 4-11 with Paddy Power.
Take Liverpool -1 at 21-20 with McBookie and back Mo Salah, who was rested at the weekend, to score first at 4-1 with Unibet.
All four of Red Bull Salzburg’s games have seen both score and that’s the bet again when Liverpool’s Group E rivals visit Genk. Best odds are 1-2.
Chelsea have bounced back brilliantly from an opening defeat to Valencia by beating Lille and Ajax away to stay on course for the last 16.
The Blues, Valencia and Ajax are locked on seven points ahead of their visit to the Mestalla tonight.
Crucially Lille visit Stamford Bridge on matchday six so a draw at Valencia would put Frank Lampard’s men in the driving seat.
Chelsea could win but are a little short at 21-20 with McBookie so on an acca I’d rather take over 2.5 match goals and that’s landed in eight of the Blues’ last nine on the road and pays around 3-5.
Ajax should just about book their pace by beating Lille away. They are 17-20 with McBookie.
It’s a bit tighter in Group F and Inter will be hoping to win at Slavia Prague and pray Barcelona see off Dortmund at home. Barca will qualify with a victory and that would leave Dortmund and Inter to fight it out for second.
I’ll add tips on this section and Group G later.
