It’s really all about the Euro 2020 qualifiers again with 10 games including San Marino v Scotland and I’ve posted a separate preview as the Scots try to win back some pride after their shocking 3-0 defeat in Kazahkstan last Thursday.
Scotland have won 2-0 on each of three visits to San Marino, officially ranked the worst team in the world, and that could be the call but tough to find value apart from Scotland to win to nil at 4-9 with McBookie and that’s starts the Top Treble.
The Kazakhs are back in action at home to Russia and we’ll find out if they’re a decent team or if Scotland just made them look good. Both could score here but I’ll probably leave it alone having called last week’s Astana clash so wrong.
Group I favourites Belgium started with a superb win against Russia and should beat Cyprus convincingly.
Biggest game of the night is Holland v Germany and the Dutch have every chance of following up their Nations League success against Joachim Low’s side. Kevinmac has posted a Holland v Germany preview.
Hopefully it will be a thriller with plenty of goals and I’m taking the Dutch not to lose at around 1-2 with Marathonbet for the second leg of the treble.
Poland started with a fine 1-0 win in Austria and face an easy task at home to Latvia who lost 3-1 at Macedonia in their opener. Take the Poles -1 at 1-3 to complete the treble.
Northern Ireland should follow up their win against Estonia by beating Belarus but it will be tight and Wales-Slovakia will also be hard fought with Ryan Giggs’ side having Aaron Ramsay.
