SUPER SINGLE CONTEST: WEEKEND REVIEW
THIRTY correct Super Singles were posted at the weekend and that was a good effort.
Most people focused on the FA Cup and 11 tipped up Stoke at 11-10 at Crawley. I admit they looked a standout but an early sending-off could have scuppered the gamble.
Another six settled on Sunderland at 2-1 to knock out Arsenal while two went for Bolton. Plenty of folk wrongly backed Blackpool at Everton but no one was on Leicester at Norwich.
In fact Sunderland, chosen by Graham Shepperson, Peter Brown, Austin Hay, Iain Fraser, Chris Fitzpatrick and John Thomson Snr, were the best-priced winners.
Not far behind was Mickyd who went for Chesterfield at 15-8 to shock Sheffield Wednesday while John Henderson was spot on with Motherwell at 8-5 to hammer Hearts.
On the continent David Carmichael fancied Borussia M’gladbach at 5-4 while in Brazil Dragan Victor flagged up Corinthians to win away to Sao Caetano at 1-1.
Three people will be picked at random to win one of three £10 free bets from Bet365.
