Gladbach started awesome into this season by defeating Bayern in Munich (only team who took 3 points against Munich so far) and also collected many points in other stadiums: the logical result is rank 3 at the moment. They also got the 2nd best defence with just 4 goals against them.
On the other hand is Bayer Leverkusen, last years 3rd. They have had a really bad start so far. They are currently ranked 9th with stats of 4:1:3. Nevertheless they still got a really high qualitive team and probably showed their best performance of the season last week against Wolfsburg (3:1). They are tradinionally strong on the road and I hardly doubt that Gladbach is able to keep this impressive run alive. Furthermore Gladbach will miss keyplayer forward igor de camargo who is not replaceable in my opinion.
